Husband murdered his pregnant wife in East Sikkim

Ranipool, East Sikkim : A three month pregnant wife was pushed into the river from hill after murder near Rangpo on the way to Siliguri. Husband, Somnath Sharma took his 26 years old wife, Niveta Sharma to Rangpo telling her that they are going for tour. He took her at a steep slope nearby Rangpo. He confused her wife there and when he got chance, he murdered her and pushed her down the hill. It is incident of 19th December. After killing his wife, Somnath filed a missing report of his wife at Ranipool Police station. When investigated by his wife’s family, police interrogated the husband after which the murder was revealed. The body of wife has not found yet. Search operation is still going on. According to the reports, Somnath killed his pregnant wife for another woman.
