Multi talented Yougan Tamang from Jorethang in South Sikkim

Gangtok : Meet the Multi talented Yougan Tamang from Jorethang in South Sikkim, a well known name in the talent conclave of Sikkim. Born on 2nd July 1987 Yougan is a Junior Research Fellow (Ph.D. Scholar) at University of North Bengal. He is working under the domain of Medical Anthropology in Sikkim. He is a gold medalist in Anthropology (M.Sc.) and represented Sikkim recently in the International Union of Anthropological and Ethnologic Sciences World Congress 2013 at University of Manchester, UK. Also a Philanthropist he is associated with different NGOs in Sikkim and intensively linked with anti-human trafficking awareness programme. 

He is also the recipient of prestigious SIKKIM SEWA SAMMAN 2013 (Sikkim State Award)for his academic excellence and also been applauded for various social activities in Sikkim. He has always been passionate singer and a writer since school days. He has been for long a 'so called' Silent Singer n a Song writer but now he has come up with his first RnB/Single "NIRASH" feat Sagar Pradhan a.k.a Kiddi.
