Sikkim Govt. sets up to control the contents on Social Media

Gangtok : “Sikkim Govt. has set up a special police cell to keep an intense eye to control the hate propaganda and rumors on social media (Facebook exactly), so as to maintain peace in the State. Sikkim government has selected nodal officers in each department and the Cell under DIG (R) has been set up in the state police headquarter for keeping an eye on the contents on social media. The immediate action will be taken against any false propaganda on social network.” Said by DB Thapa, Urban Development Minister, Govt. of Sikkim.
