Sikkim is No.1 state, having Maximum Unemployment Rate

Gangtok : Sikkim has maximum unemployed people in compare to the other states of India. In the latest Annual Employment & Unemployment Survey report for 2012-2013 released by labour bureau under union ministry of labour and employment, Sikkim found to be having maximum rate of Unemployment rate across the country. The employment rate per 1,000 people aged more than 15 years is highest in Sikkim at 136.
