10 year old Minor girl sexually assaulted in Ranipool

RANIPOOL : A 10-year-old girl of Setipool was reportedly sexually assaulted by a man named Deepak Darjee (30) of Nimthang Busty in Lower Nandok. The victim’s mother, Shiva Maya Chhetri, said she had gone to the jungle to collect firewood leaving her daughter alone at home when the crime was committed. The victim’s family succeeded in nabbing Darjee and handed him over to the police. Both the accused and the victim have been sent for a medical examination. Darjee has been charged under Section 376 of the IPC and Section 4 of the POSCO Act, 2012.
