State Legal Authority organize National Lok Adalat in Sikkim on March 14

GANGTOK : Sikkim State Legal Services Authority would organize a National Lok Adalat on March 14. According to a press statement issued by Sikkim State Legal Services Authority, Gangtok, the cases that would be taken up on the day would be revenue matter, MGNREGA and land acquisition. Any individual or any institution ordepartment having such matters either pending in courts or in pre-litigation stage could approach Sikkim State Legal Services Authority on or before March 7. Alternately, such cases may be brought directly before the District Lok Adalat or Taluk Lok Adalat for settlement.
