Col D K Rai Passes Away : Victim Face of Police Atrocity on 2008 during Gorkhaland agitation

Darjeeling : The Brave Veteran Colonel D K Rai who commanded 6/8 Gorkha Rifles and a victim of Police Atrocity on 9th April 2008 at Darjeeling More, during Gorkhaland agitation, expired today around 2 A.M at Matigara hospital. His funeral will take place tomorrow in second half but exact time is not yet known which we will let all know today late evening. His body is now at his residence at Shiv mandir.
