One got bail in SMIT student murder case in Sikkim

Gangtok : Out of the five accused persons in SMIT student murder case, the High Court granted a bail with condition to one person. He had separately filed a bail petition in the High Court. The SMIT student Rakshit Singh Meena died after a fight between these five accused persons out side a pub in Gangtok. The other four are still in judicial custody.
