Laptops by SDF govt. not by Central Govt : Pawan Chamling

Gangtok : "Free Laptop distribution is purely a SDF Government initiative and not under the funding of Central Government. If the Laptops were funded by the Central Government then why other State Governments are not distributing free Laptops? This is purely funded by SDF Government and is a result of our good policies." said by Chief Minister Pawan Chamling.More than two thousand students of West Sikkim received free Laptops from Chief Minister Pawan Chamling at Kaluk. HCM urged the students not to misuse free laptops but to take full advantage of it in a good manner. Students shouted a slogan for CM – ‘Pawan Chamling Zindabad’.
