Sonam Bhutia from Sikkim wins National Painting Competition 2013

Gangtok : Sonam Palzor Bhutia from Sherab Odsal Raldeling Academy Sribadam, West Sikkim receiving the National Painting Competition 2013 First Prize from President Pranab Mukherjee. About 45 lakhs students from 98,000 schools from all over the country participated in the school painting competition, which had the theme of National Energy Conservation.
