KHATOON Poster OUT : Assamese Gorkha Model Rewati Chhetri & Santosh Shukla's War Drama

Guwahati : The ‘Bigg Boss 6’ ex contestant who made his Bollywood debut with Salman Khan’s ‘Jai Ho’ bags another film featuring Femina Miss India 2016 finalist, the stunning Assamese Gorkha  model Rewati Chhetri opposite him. Santosh Shukla was most talked about during BB 6 for his flirting with the popular actress Aashka Gordadia his co-contestant on the show. The winner of season 6 was Urvashi Dholakia. Santosh then did ‘Jai Ho’ with Salman and ‘Desi Kattay’ post that. The BB former housemate has now bagged another film ‘Khatoon’ which is a war drama based on Sino-India war of 1962 and it talks about two war enemies falling in love with each other. Since the BB days, Santosh has constantly been undergoing major change in his looks. Santosh, who now looks far from how he did 5 years ago, back in 2012 during BB 6 is further transformed for the film that is to go on the floors next month, March 2017. 

Santosh made this special announcement on Valentine’s Day via twitter by posting film’s first look poster and his message read, “#Khatoonthefilm #Wardrama #1962 #Santoshshukla #RewatChetri Two war enemies dance in each other’s arms to a raging love affair.. Thrilled Rewati also shared the film’s poster on FB page and wrote, “They say, after fiction, woman is the most beautiful thing in the world. This is the story about one such desirable woman, trapped in the vulnerable circumstances of Sino-India war of 1962, told on the heartbeats of a battle weary soldier.. my next..”. Santosh’s co-contestants from Bigg Boss 6 like Imam Siddique and other housemates Dimpy Ganguly, Ajaz Khan, Vindu Dara Singh, Ali Quli Mirza, Sonali Raut have also been congratulating him for the film he bagged as the lead hero.
