Public "Dhulai" to a Rapist at Rangpo in West Bengal

Rangpo : This person raped a 4 years-old child at Rangpo in West Bengal side, today. His name is Suraj Biswakarma. He is from Pedong. He was beaten up by angry public after the incident. The child is getting a medical attention in Kalimpong. He is in police custody. This rapist would have killed by angry public if police was not present there. Police somehow managed to save him from angry people.
