Chief Minister Pawan Chamling congratulated Girls of Gangyap

The EMRS Girls of Gangyap called on Chief Minister at Old Sikkim House in Delhi on 30-31 December. EMRS team coach, Sidharth Yonzon informed that Chief Minister congratulated Girls of Gangyap for winning the U-19 CBSE National Basketball Tournament at Agra. CM Pawan Chamling also presented cash reward to the team, it was informed. Sidharth Yonzon said that the Chief Minister assured to help the team captain Nima Doma Bhutia for a basketball scholarship to United States of America [USA]. Nima Doma was judged most valuable player in the tournament. The Chief Minister also sanctioned free Laptops to the class XI and XII students of EMRS, Gangyap. Girls of Gangyap were very happy after meeting the CM, said Sidharth Yonzon.
